This included ten curated gatherings and events, connecting more than 200 creative leaders, operators, and executives around emerging themes. Scalable workflows. Content systems. Building arts infrastructure and community +
Facing a real estate crisis, we reimagined space as an engine for experience and community.
In partnership with Jensen Architects, we transformed 150,000 square feet across three adapted warehouses into a connected campus designed for public programs, exhibitions, and daily creative exchange. The architecture served as a framework, but the work centered on people—supporting a network of 100+ artists and designers through shared resources, collaborative initiatives, and public-facing experiences. To sustain this ecosystem, we built a new philanthropic model rooted in relationship-building, we engaged in brand partnerships to fund public-facing programs, collaborative initiatives, and educational offerings that further incubated our mission.
