Facebook Analog Research Lab /

Founded in 2010 by designers Ben Barry and Everett Katigbak, the Analog Research Lab was a design and printmaking studio whose core mission has been to create projects that can elevate ideas and ask pertinent, urgent, and critical questions of the internal community to reinforce the values of Facebook.
As part of the global team, I helped grow the Analog Research Lab to 20+ campuses, developing programs that brought analog expression into digital-first environments and shaped visual culture across physical and virtual spaces.
I developed the EGD standards, installation playbooks, and documentation that allowed distributed facilities and fabrication teams to execute graphics and art installations with consistency and creative integrity. Working directly with fabricators and regional teams at each location, I was the connective tissue between the Lab's creative vision and what actually ended up on the walls, making sure every campus felt considered, on-brand, and worth showing up to.

Building arts infrastructure and community +
Facing a real estate crisis, we reimagined space as an engine for experience and community.
In partnership with Jensen Architects, we transformed 150,000 square feet across three adapted warehouses into a connected campus designed for public programs, exhibitions, and daily creative exchange. The architecture served as a framework. The real work was in the details — how people moved through the space, where they paused, what they encountered first, and how every touchpoint signaled that they were welcome and expected.
That intention extended to supporting a network of 100+ artists and designers through shared resources, collaborative initiatives, and public-facing experiences. To sustain this ecosystem, we built a new philanthropic model rooted in relationship-building, engaging brand partnerships to fund public programs, collaborative initiatives, and educational offerings that further incubated our mission.
