Project Beehive was an initiative at Airbnb to activate 888 Brannan through programs that engaged executive stakeholders and built a brand-aligned community within the headquarters.

I produced immersive, cross-platform experiences that translated strategy into narrative, building trust and belonging. This included ten curated gatherings and events, connecting more than 200 creative leaders, operators, and executives around emerging themes. Scalable workflows. Content systems. Aligned storytelling.

We delivered programs that balanced creativity, community, and strategic impact.

Building arts infrastructure and community +

Facing a real estate crisis, we reimagined space as an engine for experience and community.

In partnership with Jensen Architects, we transformed 150,000 square feet across three adapted warehouses into a connected campus designed for public programs, exhibitions, and daily creative exchange. The architecture served as a framework, but the work centered on people—supporting a network of 100+ artists and designers through shared resources, collaborative initiatives, and public-facing experiences. To sustain this ecosystem, we built a new philanthropic model rooted in relationship-building, we engaged in brand partnerships to fund public-facing programs, collaborative initiatives, and educational offerings that further incubated our mission.

Discovering the potential of collaboration +

Working with Adobe, we developed a creative residency uniting artists, designers, and technologists to explore the future of creative tools, including early-stage machine learning. Together, we built meaningful connections between creators and platforms, aligning curatorial initiatives with company strategy to drive innovation, amplify voices, and advance creative equity at scale—having a profound impact on the progression of Adobe’s products.

Liquitex /
San Francisco / New York / London

Working with Liquitex, we expanded their research residency beyond their existing London and New York outposts. The program was envisioned to support the creation, presentation, and dissemination of contemporary painting practices.

Centered on learning, these partnerships promoted our understanding of the medium, coinciding with the launch & campaign for Liquitex’s cadmium -free acrylic paint—the world’s first non-cadmium acrylic paint—offering artists a safer medium + positioning Liquitex as product used with confidence by professional artists.

Selected from a shortlist of emerging artists, Minnesota Street Project was honored to welcome:

Facebook Analog Research Lab /

Founded in 2010 by designers Ben Barry and Everett Katigbak, the Analog Research Lab was a design and printmaking studio whose core mission has been to create projects that can elevate ideas and ask pertinent, urgent, and critical questions of the internal community to reinforce the values of Facebook.

As part of the global team, I helped grow the Analog Research Lab to 20+ campuses, developing programs that brought analog expression into digital-first environments and shaped visual culture across physical and virtual spaces.
